Both common colds and influenza are among the most widely health complains. These conditions are caused by any of more than two hundred viruses. Although we are often told that rhino-viruses and their involvements in causing colds, we are constantly exposed to cold-causing organisms without them actualy causing a cold. People have difficulty in distinguishing between the common cold and the flu, in fact, many of the symptoms are same. The symptoms of colds pertain to the chest, the neck, the head, and appears to come on slowly, whereas, the flu attacks swiftly and is accompanied by body wide symptoms, including fever, aches and general fatigue. Precaution or Prevention
This ia a Cold and Flu Season. You may take proper prevention, by following the suggestion below:
Take
500 mg of vitamin C twice daily (if you have cold,
increase the frequency, four times daily)
Rhus Tox (Homeopathy), 30 C, twice daily(again
make it four times daily if you have fever and cold)
Wash your hands thoroughly if your are coming
from outside
Take fresh ginger tea every four
This may help you prevent getting cold and flu.
If you do get it, increase the frequency of the
doses. These natural therapies will also help reduce
the severity of the symptoms.
