Numerous arterial diseases fall under this category of heart and vascular diseases, namely arrhythmia, atherosclerosis, angina, heart attacks, etc. See more discussions inside the web. In this section we will concentrate mainly on atherosclerosis, angina, and heart attacks.
The cardiovascular disease is the number one killer in North America. The real culprit is our modern-day diets which are comprised of fast, fried and processed foods, pops, devoid of fibre, refined sugar, trans fats, and saturated fats, including drugs, preservatives, hormones, antibiotics, industrial chemicals, and pesticides , .
It is no surprise that our ancestors rarely suffered from these diseases, because they were taking pure organic foods, not inflicted with hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, chemicals, and industrial chemicals.
As always, prevention is the best medicine. For the time being, follow some of the suggestions given below, they may change every aspects of your life , including health, wellness, and overall wellbeing.
• upon waking, drink a glass of water with fresh lemon juice. This will not only help flush out toxicity from your body, but also help maintain pH-balance (i.e., alkaline and acid balance). The imbalance in alkaline and acid levels in the body (especially, acidic body) is the root cause of all diseases. Also drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Don’t drink water while eating. This will dilute the digestive juices and impair the digestive functions
• eat organic or free range meat and poultry. Limit consumption of red meat to 500 mg per week. If you need animal protein, eat poultry, fish, and eggs. Consume vegetable proteins, such as beans and lentils which are healthier.
• load your plate with cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, Brussels sprout, green beans, cauliflower, spinach, cabbage, radish, turnip, okra etc.
• don’t over eat. Over eating is poisonous. Only fill up to 80 % of your stomach
• consume all kinds of fruits, such as apples, red and purple grapes, and berries
• numerous studies have shown that red and purple grape skins literally scrape away plaque from inside of your arterial walls.
• most importantly, totally eliminate or reduce substantially fast, fried, and processed foods; and pops, bad fats (e.g., trans fats, saturated fats, hydrogenated fats found in margarine)
• use a multiple vitamin rich in trace minerals (calcium, magnesium, phosphorous), folic acid, B12, vitamins C(exteds cell life), E (mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols) and A. Take also CoQ10 (heart tonic), Lipoic acid (master antioxidant), Omega 3-6-9, and grape seed extract. Most research on grape seed extract is focused on promoting heart health. However, recent research has shown that grape seed extract seem to protect you against cancer. Research on lab animals has shown that grape seed extract caused 76 % of leukemia cells to literally “commit cell suicide.
